Through Meditation Mandala Coloring

Negative self-talk and the internal dialogue that is constantly present in our Mind is the basis and the expression of the reality we are creating. We must stop this internal chatter to reach a state of consciousness and connect with our inner center of knowing and being.

In Mandala Coloring the focus is on color and our internal dialogue is suspended. When this happens can not be self-discovery and opening one or ourselves to healing and creativity. The suspension of internal dialogue (which may be the "ego") provides a different perspective on situations of our past and offers new solutions.

Carl Jung studied mandalas and noted that:

The "Squaring the circle is one of the many archetypal motifs
that form the basic patterns of our dreams and fantasies. However,
is distinguished by the fact that it is one of the most important
them from the functional point of view. In fact, it could even
be called the archetype of wholeness.

Coloring a default is a practice that can get in touch with a framework that already exists. This can lead to a better understanding of the established structures, and provide an opportunity to connect a part of us that is immutable and stable. Simply coloring a mandala can output voltage and a means to get back in peace and harmony.

Al Like the photograph reminds us of our family and our place in the family, the mandala is a picture of what we really are. We can help to remind ourselves, despite to external disturbances and chaos, is a source of calm.

While the creation of a mandala allows us to express an image of our world interior, since there may be a sense of self, to color a mandala reminds us of the cosmic forces that govern our lives. It is bringing us back to our principles and focused us on the reality that is our existence.

Mandala is an interesting interpretation
way to see a Mandala

The first step in the interpretation of the mandala is to determine a title for your mandala. You can write the title and then study to identify the emotions or ideas that may be evident. Just write what comes to you, and do not spend much time thinking about it.

Here is a list of the colors you used and then each color write an association to the color. There is no right or wrong to interpret the colors – you can write what color is telling you. Take aware of the colors that are typically used, and consider the emotions or feelings. While pointing out that none of the forms that you see and record together with associations that arise in your mind. Having written those, note any patterns, themes or energies that seem to emerge. Write a few sentences about what you are feeling.

A Mandala Coloring Book provides the basis for staining and interpretation of the mandala.
